Yes, this is the simplest and, albeit banal idea, but believe my experience, a romantic dinner is always enjoyable. However, this should not be confused with a simple meal in a restaurant where there is absolutely no element of surprise. It is best not to make such a surprise on a holiday so that it would be completely unexpected for a girl. To do this, you can cook by yourself, or you can order food in a restaurant, but the main thing is to decorate the room with candles and flowers. Of course, your girlfriend shouldn’t know about your preparations before everything is ready.
2. Unexpected love confession
Another way how to let your girlfriend know that you love her, and that doesn’t require any particular efforts is an original and unexpected love confession. For example, after taking a shower, you can draw a heart and words “I Love You” in the mirror. The girl will be pleasantly surprised by this. Or, one day, make her a morning coffee and draw a small heart on it with milk. This may take hours of practice, but she will recognize the value of all your efforts.
3. Small handmade gift
Some say that the best gift is the gift that was made by your own hands. And this is true! Even if you fail to make it beautiful, your girlfriend will still appreciate your efforts, but why would you make something ugly? It is better to start small. For example, you can make a small postcard with your romantic wishes on it. If you are not into doing something by yourself, then you can always order something for her from the Internet.
4. Winter photoshoot
The winter unexpectedly hit your town, but you lack fun winter date ideas? Not a problem! In today’s Instagram age, every girl likes to take photos, especially on snow days. Why don’t you arrange a nice and cute photoshoot for you and your girlfriend? Don’t worry, since this is not as difficult as it sounds. First of all, you need to search for examples of how other people shoot in winter. Note a few ideas, so you will have what to begin with. Take your phone, tripod, and a power bank with you. Also, don’t forget to check if you have enough memory on your phone.
5. Write her a letter
Imagine your standard evening when you watch TV or play games together. Nothing supposes that something unexpected will happen. But, suddenly, you hear someone ringing your doorbell. You let your girlfriend open the door, and she sees a postman who cares a letter for her! She feels very surprised, because who would write a letter in the 21st century, right? To do this, you don’t need to involve a post or any postman, because one of your friends can deliver this letter to you. Just make sure that she is not acquainted with him or her.
